1911 Partnership dissolved. '...SPENCE & IONIDES, Consulting Engineers, thirty George Square, Glasgow, of which Wilfrid Spence and Philip Denis Ionides were the only Partners, has been DISSOLVED of mutual consent....The Subscriber Wilfrid Spence will continue to carry on business as a Consulting Engineer for his own behalf at thirty George Square aforesaid, and the Subscriber Philip Denis Ionides will carry on business as a Consulting Engineer at one hundred and ninety-six St. Vincent Street, Glasgow....'[1]
