Spey Viaduct
near Elgin
Single track viaduct on the Great North of Scotland Railway coast line that crosses the mouth of the river Spey at a height of only 3m above the water.
Constructed between c1856 and 1868 by Charles Brand and Son[1]

This presumably referes to the viaduct at Boat O'Bridge, referred to by Charles Brand in The Engineer 1900/03/09. The 250 ft span over the river was replaced in 1906 by a truss girder bridge, constructed by Head, Wrightson and Co.[2]
