'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Dickinson Stagg and William Owens, as Workers of Cement Stone Quarries, and Manufacturers of Roman Cement, under the firm of Stagg and Owens, at the Victoria Cement Works, near Holywell, in the county of Flint, was this, day dissolved by mutual consent, and that all debts due to or from the said partnership will be received and paid by the said William Owens, by whom the business will be continued...'[1]
