1868 Built for the Stalybridge Cotton Mill Co.

c.1925 The mill engine was reconfigured.

1931 Mill was taken over by the Lancashire Cotton Corporation.

1964 Ownership passed to Courtaulds.

1965 Mill closed.[1]
