1900 The company was registered on 12 March, to acquire the British business of the Patent Sterilised Cask Co. Share issue. Directors are William Brown (Director of William Whittaker and Co., Brewers); Herbert S. Russell (Director of Shuters, Chippendales and Colyers); Sydney F. Vickers (Director of Patent Sterilised Cask Co); and Reginald Noton Hincks (of St. George Brewery).[1]

1902-3 Patent Sterilised Cask Co was absorbed. [2]
