Sterling Record Co
1904 Louis Sterling, in partnership with an American sound engineer, Russell Hunting, formed the Sterling Record Company Ltd to manufacture and sell talking machines and cylinder records.
1905 Name changed to Russell Hunting Record Co Ltd
1907 New competitors and cheaper records made life difficult for the company
1909 Company wound up[1]
