Stimur Manufacturing Co

1930s The company was already making a range of road signs and nameplates.
1945 The business was incorporated, with capital of £8,000 as The Stimur Manufacturing Co Limited (company number SC023420), the subscribers being Hans Miller Stich and Walter Stich.[1]
1973 Change of name to Stimur Limited.
1976 Change of name to 3M Stimur Limited.
2005 The company went into voluntary liquidation, having changed its name to Scotch Products Limited, being at that point a non-trading company.
