Mr. RICHARDSON respectfully informs his Friends and the Public that he is favoured with instructions from the Trustees of Mr. Jonathan Brook, under a a deed of assignment, to SELL BY AUCTION, on Tuesday and Wednesday Jan 2nd and 3rd, 1855, at the Stone Dam Foundry, situate in Well Lane, Halifax,
THE Whole of his Valuable FOUNDRY PLANT, consisting of a very extensive assortment of iron and wood models, pipe boxes, cylinder boxes, &c, core carriage and rails, fire carriage for stove Gas Apparatus, with gasometer for 40 lights, iron piping and retort, wrought iron gas piping, ladle and handles, 2 loom cranes, a large quantity of old metal, PIG IRON, cupola and brick work, large weighing machine to weigh a ton and a half, large iron scales, chain, and 4 feet 6 inch beam, two excellent fans in very good condition being nearly new; upright drilLs, smith's tools, anvils, 5 pairs of vice, 3 pairs of stocks, taps, dies, and tap wrenches, bos anvil, large three legs Jenny and tup, crane, blocks, and chain;
A POWERFUL BLACK HORSE, 17 1/2 hands high,
1 narrow wheel cinder Cart, with iron bottom, 1 ditton with wood bottom, cart gears, and stable implements.
