1815 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us, George Stothert the elder and George Stothert the younger, of the city of Bath, Furnishing Ironmongers and Manufacturers, under the firm of Stothert and Son, was on the 24th. day of June last dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due and owing from us in, respect of our late concern, are to be paid by the said George Stothert the-elder, to whom all persons indebted, to the said concern arc-to.pay the amount of their respective debts; and that the said trade or business hath since and will continue to be carried on by the said George Stothert the elder, on his own separate account...'[1]
