1880 Partnership change. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Brown Jordan, and Thomas Rowland Jordan, and John Rudolph Meihe, carrying on business as Engineers and Contractors, at 52, Gracechurch-street, in the city of London, under the style or firm of Thomas B. Jordan, Son, and Meihe, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 8th day of Mar, 1880, so far as regards the said John Rudolph Meihe, who retires from the firm. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Brown Jordan and Thomas Rowland Jordan, who will continue the said business under the style or firm of Thos. B. Jordan and Son...'[1]
