1931 T. Stanley Weston and Co Limited, of 63 West Regent Street, Glasgow, was registered as a private company, with capital of £1,000, to carry on the business of lamp shade manufacturers and general merchants.[1]

1947 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Manufacturers of High Class Lampshades in all Materials, including Bedshades, Pendants, Table and Floor, Standards. Specialists in making Shades for Shipping, Hotels, etc., to all requirements. (Olympia, 1st Floor, Stand No. F.1858) [2]

1969 The company changed its name to Edmundsons (Scotland) Limited in order to align itself more with the Edmundsons Group of electrical wholesalers, with which it had been associated for the previous 10 years.[3]

1981 The company was dissolved.[4]
