1853 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, William Tabberer and Frederick Smith, carrying on the trades or businesses of Brass Founders and General Manufacturers, at Nos. 3, and 4, in Wraman-row, in Birmingham, under the firm of Tabberer and Smith, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 1st day of January instant. The said trade in its several branches will in future be carried on at the above premises by the said Frederick Smith, solely on his own account...'[1]
