'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, William Tabberer and Frederick Smith, carrying on the trades or businesses of Brass Founders and General Manufacturers, at Nos. 3, and 4, in Wraman-row, in Birmingham, under the firm of Tabberer and Smith, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 1st day of January instant.
