All that MESSUAGE or Dwelling-House, IRON FOUNDRY, and other Buildings, situate in Great Houghton, near Chester, and now in the occupation of Mr. Thomas Mosley Bennett; together with GARDEN and FIELD behind the same, and adjoining the Chester Canal, and which Garden and Field contains in the whole three acres, one rood, and ten perches of Land, or thereabouts and possession of the premises will (if required) be delivered in November next.
