Thomas Bryan was born in 1902 and apprenticed at Rolls-Royce, Ltd. He continued in the service of the Company as Mechanic, Tester and, later, Inspecting Engineer.

He died in January, 1945, at the age of 43.

He was elected a Graduate in 1924 and transferred to Associate Member in 1931.
