NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership subsisting between Thomas Daft and John M'Creight, Birmingham, Metallic Hot-house Builders and Iron-founders, carried on under the firm Thomas Daft and Company, is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that the said Thomas Daft is to pay and receive the partnership debts — Given under our hands this 18th day of May, 1839 THOMAS DAFT, JOHN M'CREIGHT.'[1]
