1844 Company established.

1890 Incorporated as a limited company. The company was registered on 6 November, to take over the business of the firm of the same name, window, glass, oil and colour merchants. [1]

1897 Reconstruction took place, re-registration being effected on 29 April.

1914 Contractors; window glass, oil, colour and cement merchants; carpet and linoleum factors; wallpaper dealers; ironmongers, decorators, shop fitters, brass founders, electricians; house, land and estate agents, auctioneers and valuators. [2]
