'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Frederick James Gillibrand, Robert Thomas Gillibrand, and John William Gillibrand, all of Over Darwen, in the county of Lancaster, Cotton Manufacturers, trading as Thomas Gillibrand, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
