1933 Thomas Harley Limited, of 55 South Methven Street, Perth, was incorporated as a public company, with capital of £40,000, to purchase, acquire, and take over as a going concern, the business carried on under the name of Thomas Harley, manufacturing chemist, at Rodine Works, South Methven Street, and New Row, Perth.[1]

1963 It was announced 'that as part of the re-organization of the group of companies beneficially wholly-owned by Rentokil Group Limited it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this company with Rentokil Laboratories Limited and that with a view thereto this company be wound up voluntarily'.[2]
