1881 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Moscrop and Thomas Holmes, of Bolton, in the county of Lancaster, as Chemists, Druggists, and Drysalters, at the premises Nos. 1 and 3, Folds-road, within Bolton aforesaid, under the style of Thomas Moscrop and Co., was dissolved, as from the 1st day of January, 1881, by mutual consent. All debts due and owing by the above-named partnership will be received and paid by the said Thomas Holmes alone, who will continue to carry on the said business...'[1]
