Thomas Olinthus Donaldson
1827 Born at Shooter's Hill, Kent; baptised Thomas Olynthus Donaldson son of Thomas Leverton Donaldson, architect, and his wife Matilda Georgiana Donaldson.[1]
Studied civil engineering at University College, London
Pupil under C. H. Gregory (son of Olinthus Gilbert Gregory)
Various position as assistant engineer including the Graissesac and Beziers Railway and the Andover and Salisbury branch railway.
Resident engineer on the Dorset Central Railway
1863 Became a member of Inst Civil Engineers
1903 Died[2]
