1820 'MODELS of MACHINERY. THOMAS PEEK, ENGINEER, No. 4, GOSWELL-PLACE, Goswell-street-road, makes WORKING MODELS of STEAM ENGINES, and every other kind of Machinery, simple or complicated, to any required scale. Type-moulds, Lathe, and Tool-making, Taps and Dies. Screw-cutting, &c.'[1]

1827 Patent. 'To Thomas Peek, of St. John-street, Clerkenwell, London, for the construction of a new engine, worked by steam, which he intends to denominate a revolving steam engine.'[2]

1837 'Representatives of the late Mr. Thomas Peek, Engineer, of St. John-street, Clerkenwell, to Sell by Auction, at the Great Room, No. 14, Greek-street, Soho-square, THIS DAY September 2, at Two MODELS of WATER-WHEEL, Steam-engine, crane and crab, hydraulic-press, crane and shed, and invalid staircase.' also the sale of his furniture (listed) removed from Gloucester place.[3]
