c1817 Born in Birmingham the son of Thomas Pemberton and his wife Mary Elizabeth Warwick

1851 Living at Ivy Cottage, Oldbury Road, Birmingham: Thomas Pemberton (age 33 born Birmingham), Brass Founder employing 100 men. With his wife Lucy Pemberton (age 31 born London) and their four children; Mary Pemberton (age 5 born Birmingham); Lucy Pemberton (age 3 born Birmingham); Thomas Edgar Pemberton (age 1 born Birmingham); and Ebenezer Johnson Pemberton (age 1 month born Birmingham). Four servants.[1]

1868 Patent. '1454. And Thomas Pemberton and George Arthur Pemberton, both of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, Brass Founders, have given the like notice in respect of the invention of "improvements in alarm bells, call bells, and other bells."'[2]

1873 June 26th. Died. Probate to his brother George Arthur Pemberton, Brassfounder.
