1926 Thomas Reid and Sons (Paisley) Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to carry on the business of boiler makers, iron, steel, and brass founders.[1]

1940s Company was by this time - Thomas Reid and Sons (Paisley) Ltd. yacht deck machinery manufacturers.[2]

2003 The company, by now a non-trading company named Treh Limited, went into liquidation. It had earlier change its name to Thomas Reid (Engineering Holdings) Limited.[3]
