1876 Patent. '4376. To Thomas Wrigley, Manager for the firm of Messrs. Fielden Brothers, of Todmorden, in the county of Lancaster, for the invention of "improvements in machinery or apparatus for spinning and doubling cotton and other fibrous substances."'[2]
