'Notice is hereby given, that the PARTNERSHIP heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, WILLIAM THOMPSON and HAMILTON WOODS, as Engine Manufacturers and Machine Makers, carried on under the Firm Thompson and Woods, at Spring Gardens Engine Works, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, is this Day DISSOLVED by mutual Consent. All Debts due by the said Firm will be paid, and all Debts owing to the said Firm will be received, by the said William Thompson. Dated this 30th Day of March, 1858. WILLIAM THOMPSON.
