2024 ' In 2013, English Fine Cottons began a multi-million-pound refurbishment programme to restore the building to its former glory. The restoration project is ongoing – however, 130-years after it was built for cotton spinning and more than 50 years after it was last used for cotton spinning, Tower Mill is home, once again, to cotton spinning.
