Trafford Road Swing Bridge

From Graces Guide

The bridge carries the A5063 Trafford Road over the Manchester Ship Canal.

Built in 1892 by John Butler & Co, it is the largest of the swing bridges over the canal. In 1998 it was refurbished and fixed in place, and a new bridge was built alongside.[1]
