1898 Train and McIntyre Limited was incorporated, with capital of £150,000, to acquire as going concerns (1) the business of wine and spirit brokers of Robert Younger Limited, carried on at 13 Madeira Court, Glasgow, by Thomas Train and Company and (2) the business of wine and spirit brokers carried on at 29 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, by John McIntyre and Company.[1]
