'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, George Tweedy and James Bond, carrying on business as Roller Makers at Chipping, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Tweedy and Bond, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said George Tweedy, who will henceforth carry on the said business on his own account....'[1]
