1960 Company founded to manufacture pvc compounds.

1974 Workforce reached 120 people, 14 subsidiaries and a £2million turnobover. It was one of the five biggest plastic compound manufacturers in the UK.

Managing Director: Kenneth Burgess.

A new subsidiary was set up in Glasgow, manufacturing pvc pastes and pigment dispersions and acting agents for the rest of the Vinyl range.[1]
