1926 the first passenger chassis was developed, it was a 20-26 seater with a conventional layout.

1928 a 30 seater was added to the range.

1929 32 and 36 seaters were added.

1930 the largest seating bus the double-decker Emperor came into service with 53 seats.

Vulcan built two buses for Douglas Corporation they were small wheel forward-control models with Vulcan bodywork mounted on top.

Douglas Horse-trams acquired another three of a similar design.
