1919 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, William Henry Legat, Isabella Legat and Wilfred Vernon Legat, carrying on business as Motor Engineers and Oil and Grease Manufacturers, at Bolton, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of "W. H. LEGAT, SON AND COMPANY," has been dissolved by mutual consent and from the 7tih day of February, 1919. All debts due and owing by the said late firm, will be received and paid by the said Wilfred Version Legat...'[1]
