  • 1905 George Porter acceded to the company.
  • 1909 Thomas Barnes took over the firm.
  • 1913 W. L. Pearson became principal. He was the moving force in the company since its inception. The Pearson family had been identified with the wire work and mill furnishing trade for over 75 years.
