William Owen Pepper (1880-1942)
Born the son of Thomas Pepper, a Coal Miner.

With his wife Maria Tindall (age 69 born Harrogate), Jeweller - Dealer - Employer. With four children; Jane Tindall (age 33 born Bradford); Savina Tindall (age 31 born Bradford); Blanche Tindall (age 28 born Bradford); and John Albert Tindall (age 25 born Bradford). Also his brother-in-law Antonio Fattorini (age 74 born Harrogate), Retired Jeweller. Also two visitors including William Owen Pepper (age 30 born Bishop Auckland), Electrical Engineer (Consulting). Also a servant.[1]

Tramways, Birmingham and Bradford Corporations. Three years with Dick, Kerr and Co., on tramway, central stations and mining electrifications. In 1909 started in practice as specialist in application of electrical power in textile mill driving and has been responsible for several large conversions.
