William Purcell (c1821-1867) of the East Indian Railway

1887 July 17th. Died. At Dinapore, Shahabad, from dysentery, W. Purcell Esq., C.E., E.I.R., eldest son of the late F. Purcell of Dublin. Age 46.[1]

1887 July 17th. Died. 'The will of William Purcell late of Jamelpore in the province of Bengal in the East Indies, Civil Engineer in the Service of the East India Railway Company deceased who died 17 July 1867 at Dinapore in the province aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oath of Jane Marianne Purcell of 48 Tavistock square in the county of Middlesex the relict the sole executrix'[2]
