1896 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned William Thomas Ellison, Samuel Alfred Nelson Deluce and Henry Haynes in the business of Manufacturers of Patent Turnstiles and Engineers carried on at Irlams-o'-th'-Height in the county of Lancaster under the style or firm of W. T. Ellison and Co. has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing to and from the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Thomas Ellison and Samuel Alfred Nelson Deluce by whom the business will hereafter be carried on...'[2]
