Walter Thomas Ottway (1884-1953) of W. Ottway and Co

1884 Born the son of William Ottway and his wife Sarah Jane Goodwin

1889 November 10th. Baptised in Holloway, London, with his brother John Albert Ottway, the son of William Ottway, Optician. Also had brothers Charles Edward Ottway and William Robert Ottway who are listed later as manufacturers.

1908 September 2nd. Married(1) in Ealing to Ada Jessie Ford. He is an optician.

Married(2) to Gertrude Ethel Rogers

1951 Awarded CBE

1953 March 10th. Died of 2 St. Leonards Road, West Ealing. Probate to his widow Gertrude Ethel Ottway and others.
