1886 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Edward St. Lawrence Walker, William Brown, and William Henry Stevens, in the business of Boot and Shoe Manufacturers and Merchants, carried on at Leicester, under the style of Walker, Kempson, and Brown, is dissolved, as from the 19th day of June, 1886, by mutual consent; and that in future such business will be carried on by William Henry Walker and William Henry Stevens, under the style of Walker, Kempson, and Stevens...'[1]
