1906 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Fred Howard Walker, Joseph Hutton, Robert Coke Hebden, and Ernest Thorp, carrying on business as Electrical Engineers, at Scarborough, in the county of York, under the style or firm of WALKER AND HUTTON, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the thirtieth day of June, 1905, so far as concerns the said Fred Howard Walker, who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Joseph Hutton, Robert Coke Hebden, and Ernest Thorp, who will continue to carry on the said business under the name of "Walker and Hutton"...'[1]
