1842 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Savage and Walter Allcock the younger, of Park Mills, in the parish of Aston, near Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, Edge Tool Manufacturers, is dissolved, as from the 31st day of December last, by mutual consent. All debts due to and from the said trade will be received and paid either by the said Samuel Savage, at his residence at Nechills-green, in the parish of Aston aforesaid, or by the said Walter Allcock, at the aforesaid works; and the trade will henceforth be carried on by the said Walter Allcock solely...'[1]
