1911 Walter Berry, 23, manager of an engineering works, lived in Shadwell Lane, Leeds, with his uncle Henry Berry, a hydraulics engineer and owner of a business under his name, and his family[2]

1915 Captain W. Berry, son of Arthur Berry of New South Wales, and nephew of Mr Berry of Donisthorpe House, Moor Allerton, married Gladys Hodgson Wilson in London[3]
