Walter James Turnbull (c1858-1920)

Born at London the son of Walter Turnbull, a Parliamentary Solicitor.

1898 Married at Gorakhpur, Bengal to Margaret Stuart Tulloch

1910 Chief engineer of the Bengal and North Western Railway.

1916 W. J. Turnbull, M.I.C.E., is owing to ill-health leaving India this week after 33 years' service with the Bengal and North-Western Railway Co.[1]

1920 6th Sept. Died aged 62.[2]
