1881 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, William Laxon, John Icely Warman, and Francis Aslatt, in the trade or business of Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturers, in the city of Coventry, under the style or firm of Warman, Laxon, and Aslatt, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Francis Aslatt, as from the 19th day of November instant. And that all debts owing to or by the said late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned William Laxon and John Icely Warman, by whom the said business will in future be carried on in copartnership with George Youett, under the style of Warman, Laxon, and Youett...'[1]
