'...the PARTNERSHIP heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, LAURA FISHER WARREN (Executrix of the last Will and Testament of Joseph Kirkland Warren, deceased), JOSEPH HENRY WARREN, and WILLIAM HUGH WARREN, as Upholsterers, Cabinet Makers, House Agents and Undertakers, Nos 89 and 90, Queen-street, and Magdalen-road, in the City of Exeter, under the style or firm "J. K. .WARREN and SONS," was DISSOLVED by mutual consent on the 29th day September, 1876. The said business will in future be carried on by the said JOSEPH HENRY WARREN and WILLIAM HUGH WARREN alone under the firm of "WARREN, BROTHERS"...'.[1]
