1877 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Edmund Hannay Watts, William Milburn, and Edward Stout, carrying on business as Ship and Insurance Brokers and General Commission Agents, at the borough and county of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and Blyth, in the county of Northumberland, under the firm of Watts, Milburn, and Co., was, on the 2nd day of April, 1877, dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Edward Stout...'[1]

1879 Partnership change. '...the Partnership between the undersigned, Edmund Hannay Watts, William Milburn, and John Davison Milburn at Newcastle-open-Tyne and Blyth, in the, county of Northumberland, trading under the style or firm of Watts, Milburn, and Company, as Steamship Owners. Ship Brokers, Coal Exporters, &tc. has this day beer, dissolved by mutual consent. All debts, due by and to the partnership will be paid and received by the said William Milburn and John Davison Milburn...'[2]
