c.1955 Stephenson Clarke acquired most of the capital of Weatherfoil Heating Systems Ltd.[1]

By 1960 was part of Powell Duffryn.[2]

1961 Heating and ventilation engineers. Specialise in automatic heating and hot water supply installations. [3]

1963 Merged with Andrew Air Conditioning as Andrews-Weatherfoil.[4]
