1910 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between William Cleeve Webber and George Girling Saunders, carrying on business as General Ironmongers and Hardware Merchants, at No. 50, Fore-street, Tiverton, in the county of Devon, under the style or firm of "WEBBER AND SAUNDERS," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of August, 1910. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said George Girling Saunders, who will continue to carry on the said business...'[1]
