1857 exhibited oat mills and oil cake breakers, adapted for the American cake. They also exhibit chaff and turnip cutters, and a vertical engine.
1866 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas William Wedlake and Richard Dendy, as Iron Founders at the Union Foundry, Hornchurch, in the county of Essex, under the style or firm of Wedlake and Dendy, has been dissolved by mutual consent,- as from the 30th day of June, 1865. All debts owing to and by the concern will be received and paid by the said Thomas William Wedlake, who will continue the business...'[1]
