Weir-Pacific Valves

1950 The company was registered as Weir Valves Limited, with capital of £100,000, to carry on business as engineers and manufacturers of and dealers in valves, machinery, etc.[1]

A subsidiary of G. and J. Weir Holdings

1960 The company made an issue of shares to Pacific Valves Inc of Long Beach, California, under the terms of an agreement whereby Weir Valves would manufacture and market Pacific Valves products throughout the world (excluding USA). The company now changed its name to Weir-Pacific Valves Ltd.[2]

2011 Weir-Pacific Valves Limited was dissolved.[3]
