Up to 1890 G. J. Snelus was general manager of the works

1890 Mr. Moses Salter retired from the management of the Bessemer department of the West Cumberland Steel Works and Mr. Andrew Little took on the management of the department and of the rail mill at the works.

21 May 1892 - At an Extraordinary General Meeting on this date, a motion to wind up the company was passed.
